If a woman has abdominal pain after intercourse, she may have pelvic inflammatory disease due to bacterial infection caused by lack of hygiene during intercourse. If the pain is severe, blood tests should be performed to check for obvious infection. If there is abnormal leukorrhea discharge, routine leukorrhea tests should be performed to confirm whether there is vaginal inflammation. If pelvic inflammatory disease has been diagnosed, oral cefdinir and ornidazole capsules can be used for symptomatic anti-inflammatory treatment if there is no allergy to cephalosporin, and the course of treatment is usually 7-14 days.
