Ventricular hemorrhage coma belongs to the more serious condition, so it is very difficult to wake up, but it is not impossible. It mainly depends on the amount of bleeding, if the amount of bleeding is small, after regular treatment will be better, there is a possibility of waking up. If the bleeding volume is large, the damage to brain tissue is heavy, and even the formation of ventricular casts, increased intracranial pressure, midline displacement leading to cerebral hernia, it will be life-threatening. Ventricular hemorrhage accounts for 3%-5% of cerebral hemorrhage, due to bleeding of brain parenchyma breaking into the ventricles. The main clinical manifestations are dizziness, headache, nausea, vomiting and other symptoms of increased intracranial pressure, and in severe cases, lethargy, coma, flaccid paralysis of the limbs, de-cerebralization, central hyperthermia, irregular respiration, pinpoint pupils, and unstable vital signs, etc. It is necessary to improve the cranial CT examination to confirm the diagnosis. There are internal conservative and surgical treatments, and if the condition is more serious, surgical treatment is chosen, and the common methods are ventricular puncture and drainage.
