How should I regulate my stomach and intestines?

I am often asked by patients with gastrointestinal diseases how to take care of their stomach and intestines after they get sick. According to my years of experience in treating gastrointestinal diseases, the way to regulate the stomach and intestines is very simple to say, but not so easy to do. The root is not in the so-called “taboo”, or folklore “drink porridge stomach” and so on, I summarized it as “four fixed a avoid”. What is the “four fixed to avoid”: 1, regular meals. Three meals have a relatively fixed time, three meals should not be too long intervals, nor too short, control in 4-6 hours is appropriate. Do not eat the last meal without the next meal. 2.Eating ration. Each meal to 7-8% full is appropriate, avoid overeating, three meals to ensure that the additional meals as far as possible. 3, eating at a fixed speed. Do chew slowly when eating, control the speed, avoid swallowing, avoid swallowing dates. 4, regular exercise. Exercise can promote and regulate gastrointestinal function, can strengthen the spleen and stomach, and promote disease recovery. 5, avoid stimulating food. Such as wine, coffee, strong tea and too spicy or too hot and too cold food. If you can do the above points, the stomach and intestines will benefit greatly. Can you do it?
