Can you get stomach cancer after six months of gastroscopy?

Gastroscopy will not lead to gastric cancer after six months. During gastroscopy, the entire stomach cavity can be observed, for example, to see whether lesions occur in the stomach, including whether there is gastritis, gastric ulcer or gastric cancer. If the gastroscopy is normal and the gastric mucosa is good before six months, it is very unlikely to develop into gastric cancer between six months. If a patient has gastric cancer, there must be relatively small lesions in the gastric mucosa in the early stage, and the lesions will gradually increase in size as time goes by, and it is difficult for the lesions to develop very much within six months. For many patients, if they need to go to the hospital for examination or follow-up, a gastroscopy once a year is enough.
