What does echogenic homogeneity of the pancreas mean?

Pancreatic echogenicity is a description of the results of a pancreatic examination, which means that there is no abnormality.
Normal pancreatic echoes are uniform and small dots, and the intensity of echoes is roughly similar to or slightly stronger than that of normal liver echoes; in the elderly, the intensity of pancreatic echoes can be greater than that of liver echoes; the echoes of thin people are weaker, and the echoes of fat people are stronger.

If the ultrasound suggests that the echoes of the pancreas are slightly uneven, it mostly suggests that the pancreas may have a slight inflammation, but it needs to be combined with clinical diagnosis. Pancreatic parenchymal echogenicity enhancement is seen in inflammation, stones and so on. If necessary, do pancreatic enhancement CT scan to clarify the cause.
