Scoliosis is categorized into structural and non-structural. One of the non-structural postural mild scoliosis can be corrected by sleeping on a hard board bed, standing against a wall, horizontal bar suspension method and doing push-ups. However, other types require prompt medical attention and should not be exercised blindly. If scoliosis is detected, it is recommended that one should seek prompt medical attention and undergo scientific training after evaluation by a doctor.
