The new crown vaccines we are currently using in China require strict examination and approval by the drug regulatory authorities before they can be marketed for use. Their protective effect and safety are guaranteed and there is no difference between good and bad. At present, inactivated vaccines, adenovirus vector vaccines and recombinant subunit vaccines are listed for use in China.
1. Inactivated vaccine: refers to the new crown virus inactivated by physical or chemical means, so that it loses the ability to replicate and reproduce, but still retains the immunogenicity, after purification of the new crown vaccine, routine vaccination of 2 shots, full 6 months to receive a dose of booster shots.
2. Adenovirus vector vaccine: the antigenic gene of the new coronavirus is inserted into the adenovirus vector, and the adenovirus with the gene of the new coronavirus expresses the new coronavirus antigenic protein in human cells, thus stimulating the body to cause an immune response, routine vaccination with 1 injection, and a booster vaccination with 1 dose at the end of 6 months.
3. Recombinant subunit vaccine: through the method of genetic engineering, the antigenic structure of the new coronavirus is expressed in cells in vitro, and then the vaccine is made. Generally, a three-dose immunization program is adopted.
The precautions to be taken after the vaccination are to eat a light diet, try to avoid eating spicy and stimulating foods, and pay more attention to rest, avoid overwork, do not get wet too early at the vaccination site, and also to closely observe the symptoms and temperature changes.
