Common symptoms and signs of hyperplasia: Mammary gland hyperplasia is the most common of the benign breast lesions, and currently has a high incidence, with the vast majority of patients being seen for mammary gland hyperplasia. The most common symptom of hyperplasia is breast pain (swelling, tingling, etc.), and the degree of pain varies from person to person. In mild cases, the pain is mild before and during menstruation, and can be relieved by itself after menstruation. In severe cases, the pain is not obviously related to menstruation and is so severe that it cannot be touched, and pain can occur in the back of the shoulder and even in the upper limbs. A small number of patients with hyperplasia will have nipple discharge, which is usually colorless, pale yellow or milky white, and in small amounts. Multiple nodules (most common on the outside) with unclear borders, uneven texture, and tenderness are often palpable and can change in size and texture with the menstrual cycle. How is it treated? The cause of mammary gland hyperplasia is still unclear. At present, it is mostly thought to be related to endocrine disorders and mental and environmental factors. No treatment is needed for those with insignificant pain symptoms. Severe mastocytosis, especially cystic hyperplasia, requires active treatment. The current treatment is basically symptomatic. Most of the drugs commonly used in clinical practice are Chinese medicines, which have the functions of activating blood stasis, draining liver and Qi, softening and dispersing nodules, and toning Qi and blood. Medication is a long-term treatment process that requires adherence to a certain course of treatment. In addition to taking medication, active self-adjustment is needed, such as regulating emotions, keeping happy, relieving stress, ensuring rest, changing unhealthy eating habits, avoiding spicy and stimulating foods, and quitting smoking and drinking. At present, breast enlargement is very common due to dietary habits, work pressure and other factors, so there is no need to be overly nervous. As for breast cancer, which is the most worrying disease, there is no clear relationship with breast enlargement, so remember to go to a specialist for regular medical checkups for six months to a year, so that breast cancer can be detected and treated early.
