Common causes include hypertension, cerebral aneurysm, arteriovenous malformation, and high-density foci can be found in brain CT examination. Conservative treatments are mainly used, including nutritive neurological and symptomatic supportive treatments.
3. Lumbar spine lesions: including lumbar disc herniation, lumbar vertebral body slippage, lumbar vertebral osteophytes and so on. Lumbar spine nuclear magnetic examination can be clearly diagnosed. Patients may have lumbar pain at the same time, and some of them may have leg pain, which can be clearly diagnosed by lumbar spine MRI.
