Baby jaundice, serum bilirubin value over how much need to take blue light

After the baby jaundice, the serum bilirubin value how much need to take blue light, need to be based on the gestational age, the age of the day after birth to determine a combination of preterm babies and full-term babies are different.
1. Full-term healthy newborns:
Newborn serum bilirubin value is greater than 6mg/dL, serum bilirubin value is greater than 11.5mg/dL after 24h of birth, greater than 15mg/dL after 48h of birth, greater than 17.5mg/dL on the 3rd day of birth, greater than 20mg/dL on the 4th day of birth, and greater than 21mg/dL on the 5th day of birth, all of them need to be illuminated with blue light.
2. Healthy preterm infants, or full-term newborns with high risk factors (e.g., hypoxia, asphyxia, infection, etc.):
Newborn serum bilirubin value is greater than 5mg/dL, serum bilirubin value is greater than 9.5mg/dL after 24h of birth, greater than 13mg/dL after 48h of birth, greater than 15.5mg/dL on the 3rd day of birth, greater than 17mg/dL on the 4th day of birth, and greater than 18mg/dL after the 5th day of birth, all of them need to be illuminated with blue light.
3. Preterm infants with high risk factors:
Newborn serum bilirubin value greater than 3.5mg/dL, serum bilirubin value greater than 7.5mg/dL after 24h of birth, greater than 11mg/dL after 48h of birth, greater than 13.5mg/dL on the 3rd day of birth, greater than 14.5mg/dL on the 4th day of birth, and greater than 15mg/dL after the 5th day of birth, all of them need to be illuminated with blue light.
