Liver drugs are generally useful.

At present, there are many types of hepatoprotective drugs used in the clinic, such as anti-inflammatory hepatoprotective drugs, enzyme-lowering hepatoprotective drugs, detoxifying hepatoprotective drugs, etc., which need to be used reasonably according to the different disease conditions of patients.
1. Anti-inflammatory hepatoprotective drugs: the more used ones are glycyrrhizic acid preparations (such as compound glycyrrhizic acid glycoside, diammonium glycyrrhizinate, etc.) and bisabolol, which can be used for viral hepatitis with abnormal liver function, drug-induced liver injury, etc. The drugs may cause allergy, cardiovascular diseases, heart disease, and other diseases. Such drugs may trigger allergies, palpitations, skin rashes, vomiting and other adverse phenomena.
2. Enzyme-lowering hepatoprotective drugs: such as biphenyl dibenzoate, etc., can be used for chronic prolonged hepatitis caused by elevated ghrelin aminotransferase and so on. A few patients may have mild nausea, vomiting, skin rash, stomach upset and other symptoms.
3. Detoxifying hepatoprotective drugs: such as reduced glutathione, can be used for alcohol, drug-induced liver poisoning. These drugs have some adverse effects, such as decreased blood pressure, abnormal pulse, etc.
All of the above medications should be used under the guidance of a doctor, avoid self-medication to avoid adverse consequences.
