What kind of medicine can I take when RAS mutation is detected in liver cancer?

Targeted agents currently involved in liver cancer include:

First-line therapy

  • Lenvatinib (for targets including: VEGFR, PDGFR, FGFR, RET, SCFR)
  • Regorafenib (targets include: VEGFR, PDGFR, FGFR, RET, KIT, BRAF)
  • Sorafenib (for targets including: RAF, VEGFR, PDGFR)

Targeted therapy in second line and beyond

  • Cabotinib (for targets including: VEGFR, RET, C-MET)
  • Apatinib (for targets including: VEGFR2)

The above targeted agents have all achieved good efficacy. There are no clear targeted agents for the treatment of patients with RAS mutations in hepatocellular carcinoma, and they are currently limited to studies in the laboratory, so there are no specific drugs that can be recommended for the treatment of this group of patients at this time.
