Tonifying Zhong Yi Qi Pill is composed of Radix Codonopsis Pilosulae, Radix Rehmanniae Praeparatae, Radix Astragali, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, etc. Its effects are to tonify the middle Jiao Qi, elevate the Yang and lift up the sunken organs, and it is suitable for the symptoms of weak spleen and stomach, and the sunken middle Jiao Qi (the symptoms of a deficiency of spleen and stomach Jiao Qi, which leads to a fall of the internal organs, etc), and the adverse effects and contraindications of this drug are still unclear.
