Sinus rhythm usually refers to sinus rhythm, and a sinus rhythm of 56 beats per minute is sinus bradycardia. If it is caused by physiologic reasons, it usually does not require treatment. If it is pathologic, according to different situations, general treatment, drug treatment, interventional therapy and so on can be taken.
1. General treatment: improve lifestyle, avoid exertion, ensure sufficient sleep and moderate exercise. If the sinus bradycardia is caused by other primary diseases, it is necessary to actively treat the primary disease.
2. Drug therapy: patients can be treated with anti-M cholinergic receptor drugs such as atropine under the guidance of a doctor, which can increase the heart rate and improve heart function, thus relieving the symptoms of bradycardia. If necessary, dopamine and epinephrine can be used as prescribed by the doctor.
3. Interventional therapy: Patients with serious conditions need to implant a pacemaker through interventional therapy to maintain a normal heart rate and rhythm.
It is recommended that patients go to the hospital in time and choose the appropriate treatment plan under the guidance of the doctor.
