What to do if you have acne on your face

Acne on the face can be caused by conditions such as acne vulgaris, cosmetic acne or rosacea, and lesions can be removed through general, topical and systemic treatments.

If necessary, oral isotretinoin, minocycline and other drugs can be combined.
2. Cosmetic acne: caused by the use of acne-causing cosmetics, pimples or pustules are seen on the cheeks and around the lips, etc. Generally, acne can subside after removing the factor of exposure to cosmetics.
3. Rosacea: It can be triggered or aggravated by irritating foods, mental stress, endocrine disorders, etc. Acne-like follicular papules, pustules and other lesions can be seen on the face.
It is recommended to prohibit eating stimulating food, maintain a good attitude and regular life; local treatment through the use of metronidazole gel, fusidic acid ointment or azelaic acid cream and other treatments; the need for systemic treatment can be selected tinidazole or metronidazole treatment.
