What to do about bile reflux

Bile reflux refers to the reflux of bile and other contents. Gastrointestinal dynamics drugs, bile complexing drugs, gastric mucosa protection drugs, drugs to inhibit gastric acid, etc., in addition to dietary modification and so on, can be used.
1. Gastrointestinal dynamics drugs: mainly divided into dopamine receptor blocking drugs and cholinergics. Cholinergics can increase intestinal peristalsis, representing drugs such as Itopride and Mosapride. Mosapride is contraindicated in patients with gastrointestinal bleeding, intestinal obstruction or perforation.
2. Bile complexing drugs: combine with bile to reduce the degree of gastric mucosal damage, such as magnesium aluminum carbonate, kauleidenamine and so on.
3. Gastric mucosa protection drugs: can prevent the occurrence of bile reflux gastritis to a certain extent, including colloidal bismuth pectin, aluminum sulfate and so on. Rare or occasional adverse reactions include back pain, diarrhea, dry mouth, etc.
4. Drugs that inhibit gastric acid, such as rabeprazole, can reduce the irritation of refluxed bile and gastric acid on gastric mucosa.
5. Dietary regulation: diet should be light, avoid eating greasy food, should be chewed and swallowed slowly, avoid overeating, avoid strong tea, strong alcohol, strong coffee and spicy food.
