There is no absolute best exercise method for degenerative spine, patients can exercise the muscles around the spine and do aerobic exercise.
1. Muscle training around the spine: patients can use small swallow fly and five-point support to strengthen the muscles around the spine and improve the pain and stiffness caused by degenerative spine.
(1) Swallow fly exercise: the patient is in a prone position, with the shoulder joint as the support point for both arms, the arms upward while gently lifting the head, shoulders backward and upward. At the same time, feet gently raised, lumbosacral muscle contraction, as far as possible to make the ribs and abdomen to support the body, hold for 3-5 seconds, and then slowly relax the muscles, limbs and head back to the original position, rest for 3-5 seconds, repeat the previous action.
(2) Five-point support: the patient is supine, knees flexed, heel, elbows, head as a fulcrum, lift the pelvis, try to lift the abdomen and knee joints flat, and then slowly put down, together with a fall for a movement, 20-30 consecutive.
2. Aerobic exercise: such as walking, aerobics, swimming and so on. Can fully stretch the spine, accelerate local blood circulation, is conducive to improving the discomfort caused by degenerative changes in the spine.
It is recommended that patients consult a doctor in a timely manner, under the guidance of the doctor to exercise, so as not to cause damage to the organism due to incorrect posture.
