Exemestane tablets belong to the third generation of aromatase inhibitors and are used in endocrine therapy for postmenopausal women with breast cancer, along with letrozole and anastrozole, which can reduce the level of estrogen in the body of postmenopausal patients to reduce the recurrence of breast cancer metastasis. For postmenopausal patients, exemestane works better than the traditional tamoxifen citrate tablets.
