Is invasive breast cancer secondary prone to recurrence and metastasis

The recurrence and metastasis of invasive breast cancer in the second stage cannot be given a general conclusion, except to say that it is in a bad or bad position pathologically. Further judgment is needed based on the patient’s age, breast cancer TMN stage, and immunohistochemistry. According to the Nottingham Joint Tissue Classification, the tumor classification is based on the assessment of tumor cell morphology, including the formation of tubular structures, nuclear pleomorphism, and schistocyte count, and the above three items are rated on a scale of 1-3, with 1 being good and 3 being poor, and the scores are summed up, and 3-5 is classified as grade 1; 6-7 is classified as grade 2; 8-7 is classified as grade 2; and 8-7 is classified as grade 2. -7 is classified as grade 2; 8-9 is classified as grade 3. So the level of differentiation of grade 2 is right in the middle pathologically, but that doesn’t tell the whole story, and the prognosis should be further determined based on age, and TNM staging (lymph node metastasis, etc.). In general, high degree of histological malignancy; vascular cancer embolism; lymphatic vessel cancer embolism; hormone receptor negative or cerbB2 positive; high DNA content of cancer cells; high proportion of S-phase cells; large size of the tumor (〉5cm);multiple metastases in lymph nodes (greater than or equal to 4); inflammatory breast cancer; two surgeries; breast cancer in pregnancy or breastfeeding; and young women are all high-risk factors for breast cancer. If on the basis of invasive breast cancer grade 2, if younger, larger tumor size, more lymph node metastasis, etc., all of them will be biased towards a poorer prognosis, i.e., the probability of recurrence and metastasis is also high. It is recommended that patients improve relevant examinations, follow medical advice, standardize treatment and establish confidence.
