Chenpi also has the effect of drying dampness and resolving phlegm, and is often used to treat coughs caused by damp phlegm and cold phlegm, such as cough with excessive phlegm and white phlegm, etc. It is not suitable for people with Yin deficiency and internal heat.
People with Yin deficiency and internal heat are not allowed to take Chen Pi.
