Individual glandular enterization refers to the replacement of gastric mucosal epithelial cells by intestinal-type epithelial cells. Intestinalization refers to gastric mucosal intestinalization, where normal gastric mucosal tissue cells are replaced by intestinalized tissue cells. If only individual gastric mucosal glandular cells are replaced by intestinalized epithelial cells, it is called individual glandular intestinalization, which is basically irreversible. It is common in diseases such as chronic atrophic gastritis, chronic gastritis, and chronic gastric ulcer. When individual glandular intestinalization occurs, regular follow-up gastroscopy is recommended to detect changes in the condition. As far as possible, timely treatment at the early stage of the disease, if it develops to severe intestinalization, treatment is difficult and there is a chance of cancer. Pay attention to a light diet, eat less fried and stimulating foods, chew slowly when eating, avoid eating too fast, regular daily rest and reduce late night.
