Surgical treatment of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage

The common causes of upper gastrointestinal bleeding are peptic ulcer, portal hypertension, acute erosive hemorrhagic gastritis, gastric cancer, biliary bleeding, etc. Typical clinical manifestations include vomiting blood and black stools, hemorrhagic shock, anemia and changes in blood picture, fever, azotemia, and manifestations of the original disease, and a bleeding of more than 20% of the whole body (800-1200 ml), which causes the signs and symptoms of shock, is upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Clinically, it is necessary to carry out antishock treatment and hemostatic treatment immediately. In the treatment of hemostasis, our department adopts different treatment measures for different cases, and the results are good: 1, caused by gastroduodenal ulcer: acid production, hemostatic drugs, endoscopic treatment, surgery. 2, portal hypertension caused by: three lumen two cystic duct, posterior pituitary hormone and growth inhibitor. 3.Stress ulcers or acute gastric mucosal lesions: acid suppression, hemostatic drugs, growth inhibitors, surgical treatment. 4, caused by gastric cancer: early surgery. 5.Biliary tract hemorrhage: hemostatic drugs, anti-infection, interventional therapy, surgical treatment. Surgical and interventional treatment of biliary tract hemorrhage is the key technology of our department in treating biliary tract hemorrhage.
