Adolescents who sometimes have difficulty in inhaling may be caused by respiratory system diseases, endocrine system diseases, blood system diseases, psycho-neurological system diseases, poisoning, circulatory system diseases and so on.
1. Diseases of the respiratory system: the breathing of an individual is directly related to the respiratory system, so if a teenager has difficulty in inhaling, it may be due to the presence of abnormal lesions in the respiratory system, such as bronchitis, pneumonia, laryngeal edema, pulmonary edema and so on.
2. Endocrine system diseases: if adolescents have difficulty in inhaling, it may not be excluded that there are abnormal thyroid masses, such as thyroid tumors, thyroid nodules, and so on.
3. Hematological diseases: Teenagers’ difficulty in inhaling may also be caused by severe anemia, hemoglobinemia sulphide and other hematological diseases, resulting in a decrease in blood oxygen level.
4. Psychoneurological diseases: mental disorders and craniocerebral lesions may cause dyspnea.
5. Poisoning: some poisons or drugs can cause respiratory center inhibition when they cause poisoning, such as methanol poisoning, hypnotic drug poisoning, alcohol poisoning, etc., which can lead to respiratory distress.
6. Circulatory system diseases: heart failure, pericarditis and other circulatory system diseases may also cause dyspnea.
Adolescents with dyspnea may have other causes besides those mentioned above. If unexplained dyspnea persists, you should seek medical treatment in time.
