The presence of hyperechoic clusters in the uterine cavity may be due to the following reasons: 1. the presence of intrauterine polyps, endometrial polyps will appear as hyperechoic clusters. 2. if there is a history of abortion or medical abortion, the presence of hyperechoic clusters may be caused by residual tissue. 3. it may also be caused by submucosal fibroids, which should be analyzed together with the clinical history. If the hyperechoic mass is caused by residual tissue in the uterus, it is recommended to actively give clearance surgery. If it is caused by submucosal fibroids with corresponding symptoms or irregular bleeding due to endometrial polyps, hysteroscopic surgery can be done.
