Acute pancreatitis can be cured. For the treatment of acute pancreatitis, mainly some pancreatic enzyme inhibitors are used, and also some antibiotics can be used to prevent the infection of pancreatic inflammation when the condition requires. In most patients, after 1-2 weeks of conservative treatment, the abdominal pain can be relieved and the inflammatory condition of the pancreas can be recovered. Some patients with pancreatitis have triggers at the onset of the disease, such as bile duct stones, like gallbladder stones and common bile duct stones, and some patients develop pancreatitis after drinking alcohol and on top of overeating, so in order to prevent the recurrence of pancreatitis, patients are advised to remove as many triggers as possible. If a stone in the bile duct is the cause, minimally invasive surgery should be performed to remove the stone or remove the gallbladder if possible. If it is caused by alcohol consumption or overeating, patients should be advised to eat as lightly as possible.
