Pneumothorax 70% cannot be cured by itself, and requires treatment such as closed chest drainage, thoracoscopic surgery, and open chest surgery.
1. Closed chest drainage: make a small incision to put in the closed chest drainage tube, the other end is connected to the closed drainage bottle, cough more to promote the gas discharge, so that the compressed lungs reopen.
2. Thoracoscopic surgery: for prolonged pneumothorax and ineffective closed chest drainage, a small incision can be made, a thoracoscope can be inserted to observe the position of the lung blisters, the blisters can be ligated or the lung segments can be resected, and then a drainage tube can be placed to expel the gas.
3. Open thoracotomy: Surgery to open the thoracic cavity and repair the breach is rarely used.
Pneumothorax has reached 70% and can not be cured by itself. Actively go to the hospital for treatment to avoid adhesion of lung tissues and affecting lung function.
