Yongquan acupoint is the acupoint of the Foot Shaoyin Kidney Meridian, and the location of Yongquan acupoint is the same bilaterally. It is located on the sole of the foot, in the most concave depression in the center of the foot when the foot is flexed and the toes are curled. When the foot is curled, it is located in the depression at the intersection of the first 1/3 and the second 2/3 of the line connecting the webbing edge of the 2nd and 3rd toes of the sole of the foot and the heel of the foot.
Yongquan acupoint is the well point of the Foot Shaoyin Kidney Meridian. It is commonly used clinically for treating headache, dizziness, lightheadedness, sore throat, dry tongue, loss of voice, difficulty in passing stools, dysuria (unruly urination), pediatric convulsion (a pediatric disease that manifests itself mainly in dizziness, convulsions, and convulsions), heat in the heart of the foot, and fainting, among other illnesses.
