Physiological: Some pregnant women may have physiological high anti-thyroid peroxidase antibodies during pregnancy. If the thyroid function is normal, there is no need for special treatment, and temporary observation and regular follow-up can be given. 2. Pathological: A small number of pregnant women may have pathologically high anti-thyroid peroxidase antibodies with abnormal thyroid function during pregnancy, which can be treated with medication such as levothyroxine sodium tablets.
