Orthopedic treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee joint

This is a 63-year-old female patient, the main symptom is the pain of both knees when walking 5 years aggravated a year, rest is relief, had arthroscopy but then not long after the pain began again, and then to many hospitals for treatment, had done joint cavity injection, physiotherapy, acupuncture, topical cream, but the effect is very short, some doctors recommended him to do knee joint replacement. The patient was afraid of pain due to his age and was referred to me by an acquaintance for orthopedic treatment. After arriving, the patient was first given a mechanical analysis, which measured 25 degrees of internal rotation of both hips (normal 45 degrees), the tibial torsion angle was -5 degrees on the left and 0 degrees on the right, in a state of severe internal rotation, the forefoot valgus was -20 degrees on the left and -15 degrees on the right, the talocrural joint resting position was -5 degrees on the left and -3 degrees on the right, and the talocrural joint was -0 degrees on the right. According to the patient’s condition, we did mechanical correction to the medial side of the joint gap by changing the position of the foot on the ground to bear weight, the medial narrow joint gap was propped up, the periosteum no longer rubbed, the pain was relieved immediately, and the patient was allowed to observe the patient after one month, which should be very good.
