Smaller venous tumors can be closely observed, but if the venous tumor gradually grows and protrudes into the esophagus, it will lead to esophageal stenosis and local pain, in order to relieve pain, oral morphine, valium, atropine and other drugs can reduce local pain. During the treatment period, nutrition should be supplemented to enhance the body’s resistance to the virus. There are more treatment methods, the common ones are local injection of sealant, which is injected into the vein by chemical drugs to block and necrotize the esophageal vein, but the success rate of this treatment method is not too high. Esophagoscopic use of rubber bands to tie up the tumor can serve to necrosis the tumor. If the tumor is found to be growing fast, the tumor can be removed directly by surgery, followed by radiotherapy and chemotherapy if necessary.
