CA125 and CA153 is a tumor marker test that is used to determine if a tumor has developed in the body. Through the examination of tumor markers, if there is an elevation of tumor markers, it suggests that a certain part of the body may have a tumor lesion. Clinically, elevated CA125 usually indicates the presence of gynecological tumors, such as ovarian tumors, ovarian inflammation, chocolate cysts, uterine fibroids, uterine adenomyosis, cervical cancer, or endometrial cancer, which will all indicate an increase in CA125. However, a simple increase in CA125 cannot diagnose which part of the body is diseased, and clinical and systematic examination is needed to determine which part of the body is occupied.
