Pain on movement of the chest is considered a possible cause of acute gastritis, gastric ulcer or acute gastroenteritis. When there is a disease in the stomach, it can lead to pain in the upper abdomen or under the raphe, and sometimes the nature of the pain is very intense, accompanied by nausea, vomiting, acid reflux, abdominal distension, burping and other symptoms. In case of acute gastroenteritis, it is usually caused by eating unclean food, and the main location of pain is in the upper abdomen and around the navel, accompanied by nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. If it is acute gastritis or gastric ulcer, the location of pain is in the upper abdomen, the diagnosis can rely on gastroscopy, gastroscopy can directly find the lesions of the gastric mucosa. If it is caused by acute gastritis or gastric ulcer, it can be treated conservatively with oral medication, such as omeprazole, clarithromycin, amoxicillin and so on. If it is caused by gastroenteritis needs to be infused, including infusion of antibiotics as well as infusion of glucose, sodium chloride and so on.
