Vitiligo can be divided into liver depression and qi stagnation (poor qi and blood transportation of the liver, emotional depression) evidence, liver and kidney yin deficiency (deficiency of yin and fluid in the liver and kidneys) evidence, blood stasis and blockage of collaterals evidence and other types of evidence. 1. Liver depression and qi stagnation evidence: this type of patients, can be manifested as a white spot for a fixed site, lesions develop slowly, can be aggravated with emotional fluctuations. Blood stasis and obstruction of collaterals: patients may present with lesions that often occur at the site of trauma, with a dark red tongue, petechiae, and a stringy pulse. It can be treated with medicines that activate blood circulation, such as Tongjiao Xiexue Tang. Patients should go to the hospital in time, after clarifying the syndrome, choose drugs for treatment.
