Echoing in the ears may be caused by physiological factors such as recent mental stress; it may also be caused by diseases such as secretory otitis media and rhinitis. 1. Physiological factors: If the recent psychological pressure is too large, not enough sleep, may lead to talking ear echo; may also be accompanied by mental depression, dizziness and other symptoms. 2. Secretory otitis media: patients suffering from secretory otitis media, the increase of secretions in the ear, which will affect the sound conduction, so that the patient’s voice echoes; patients may be accompanied by ear pain, hearing loss and other symptoms. 3. Rhinitis: the nasal mucosa of patients with rhinitis may become edematous after being stimulated by inflammation, so that the pharyngeal opening of the Eustachian tube cannot be opened smoothly, resulting in dysfunction of the Eustachian tube and triggering the symptom of echoes in the speaking ear. Patients may also experience nasal congestion, runny nose and other symptoms. If there are echoes in the speaking ear, it is recommended that the patient go to the hospital to find out the cause of the disease after eliminating physiological factors.
