Where is the point of duodenal pain

Duodenal pain points can be in the upper abdomen, back, and other areas.
The duodenum is between the stomach and the jejunum and is deep and fixed in position. The upper, descending, horizontal and ascending portions of the duodenum encircle the head of the pancreas in the upper abdomen. The duodenum can become inflamed or ulcerated, resulting in pain and acid reflux. If a lesion occurs, the point of pain is usually in the following areas:
1. Upper abdomen: The parts of the duodenum are mainly located in the upper abdomen. Therefore, when the duodenum is diseased, it is usually characterized by hunger pains and burning pains in the upper abdomen.
2. Back pain: when the posterior wall of the duodenum lesions, because the location is closer to the back, so the pain point is likely to be in the back.
If you suspect that there is a duodenal lesion, you need to further check the gastroscopy, duodenoscopy, small bowel CT imaging and other programs to find the cause, and then under the guidance of the doctor for treatment.
