How to vomit when you fall on your head

When vomiting occurs after a fall on the head, the first thing that needs to be clarified is a CT scan of the head to see if there are changes in the skull from a brain contusion or brain hemorrhage. If there is indeed a cerebral contusion or cerebral hemorrhage, hospitalization is required for related treatment. If it is just a concussion or a traumatic brain injury syndrome, then you can go home to recuperate on your own, get enough sleep and take oral medication, such as metoclopramide tablets, and you will basically get better after 7 days. If there is a brain contusion or cerebral hemorrhage, you need to be hospitalized, apply mannitol for dehydration to lower cranial pressure, apply granisetron to stop vomiting, and apply whitebrow snake venom hemagglutinase to improve coagulation. If the hemorrhage is really large, craniotomy is needed to ensure the patient’s later rehabilitation.
