Younger patients are computer lovers, office workers, and long-term car drivers, while middle-aged and older patients are those who have little outdoor activity and love to stay in front of the TV; mahjong lovers; and those who sit incorrectly.  The most common diseases of lumbar pain are lumbar instability caused by lumbar synovial joint hyperplasia and lumbar synovial arthritis. In addition to congenital diseases and trauma, the majority of causes are incorrect sitting posture; sitting for too long in work, study and life; incorrect posture when carrying heavy objects, etc. These can be completely avoided in our life.  There are many patients sitting when the waist is not straight, sitting for a long time, slowly the waist is bent, the hip is no longer located at the back end of the seat and slide to the front, but the back is still leaning on the backrest, so that the waist is flexed, the direction of gravity transmission of the trunk has changed, so that the lateral force acting on the waist increases, aggravating the strain on the lumbar synovial joints, the degeneration intensifies, the lumbar synovial joint cartilage and The degeneration of the articular cartilage and joint capsule of the lumbar vertebrae is aggravated and the degeneration is increased, resulting in lumbago.  Medical biomechanics research shows that the lumbar spine weight-bearing force is 1.0 when lying down, 1.5 when standing straight and walking, and 2.5 in a forward leaning sitting position (reading books, computers). if lifting heavy objects, the burden will be greater. This means that the lumbar spine has the least weight in the lying position, the greatest weight in the sitting position, and less weight in the standing position than in the sitting position. This is closely related to the fact that the curvature of the lumbar spine is less in the sitting position than in the standing position.  Therefore, those who do not have congenital lumbar spine abnormalities or lumbar trauma, if you do: 1, continuous sitting time of no more than an hour, or sit for an hour and then get up and move for 10-15 minutes before continuing to sit; 2, correct sitting posture, lumbar sitting straight; 3, reduce the continuous sitting under bumpy conditions; 4, frequent functional exercises for the lumbar back muscles such as swimming, push-ups, prone posterior extension lower limb exercise, outdoor If you take walks, moderate ball games, etc., then low back pain will be far away from you.
