For patients who present with right chest, accompanied by right back pain, the following points should be considered: First, the factors of trauma should be taken into account, for example, if a patient presents with chest trauma leading to sternal or rib fractures, contusions and stretching injuries of the surrounding soft tissues, the pain will be felt locally. Second, for certain cardiogenic diseases, there will also be symptoms of pain in the right side of the chest and back, such as unstable angina pectoris or acute coronary syndrome in coronary artery disease, or the presence of aortic coarctation, and these conditions will also lead to clinical manifestations of pain in the above mentioned areas. Third, for diseases of the chest wall, such as intercostal neuralgia or herpes zoster, there will also be pain in the above mentioned areas. Fourth, if the patient has rheumatoid arthritis or costochondritis, this clinical manifestation will also occur. Fifth, female patients will also have this clinical symptom if they have right-sided lobular hyperplasia, acute mastitis, breast tumor or occupancy.
