Can you eat sugar with gallstones?

Gallstones can eat sugar, but pay attention to moderation.
High-sugar diet may cause bile secretion disorders or changes in bile composition, which is one of the triggering factors leading to gallstones and is not conducive to recovery. Therefore, a low-sugar diet should be the main focus, limiting the amount of sugar intake, avoiding too much sweet food or drinking sweet drinks.
In normal times, we should do a light diet, drink more water, and eat less high-fat and high-cholesterol food, such as fatty meat, fried food, animal offal and so on. To develop good eating habits, eat meals on time and in quantity, avoid overeating. Take appropriate physical exercise and actively control your weight.
If there are symptoms of pain, fever and other discomforts, consult a doctor in time for standardized treatment.
