It is not certain whether endometrial cancer will recur after seven years, and its chance of recurrence is mainly related to the stage and pathological type of the cancer. Generally speaking, the recurrence rate of early stage endometrial cancer such as stage I and stage II is about 15%, and most of the recurrence occurs within three years after treatment. Therefore, the possibility of recurrence after seven years is relatively low, but the possibility of recurrence cannot be completely ruled out. If the endometrial cancer is in advanced stage or of special pathological types, such as plasma adenocarcinoma, clear cell carcinoma, undifferentiated carcinoma, etc., it is more likely to recur after surgery, and vigilance should be raised even seven years after surgery. It is recommended that endometrial cancer patients should have regular follow-up and standardized diagnosis and treatment to exclude the possibility of recurrence.
