The easiest way to rule out epilepsy

There is no easiest way to screen for epilepsy, which is usually done by history, clinical presentation and relevant tests.
The manifestations of epilepsy are varied and may be characterized by sensory, motor, behavioral, psychiatric, consciousness and autonomic dysfunction or several of them, and are episodic, transient, repetitive and stereotyped.
When a patient presents with clinical symptoms and needs to rule out epilepsy, it is necessary to take a detailed medical history, such as whether there have been similar seizures in the past, whether there is a family history, whether there is any trauma, etc.; to understand the clinical manifestations of the seizure, such as whether there is any limb convulsions, foaming at the mouth, incontinence, etc.; and to complete the relevant examinations, such as electroencephalograms, CT or MRI of the head for the purpose of eliminating the symptoms.
Suspected epilepsy must be timely consultation, standardized diagnosis and treatment, to avoid delaying the condition.
