Spinal cord injury is one of the most disabling human disorders, and the incidence is increasing year by year. With the immature clinical application of neuroregeneration research, promoting motor function improvement and reducing disability and handicap in patients with spinal cord injury is an urgent problem for spinal cord injury patients. At present, the functional rehabilitation of spinal cord injury patients is mainly physical therapy and occupational therapy, and there is a lack of effective clinical rehabilitation means to promote the recovery of neurological function. Transcranial magnetic stimulation is a new type of neurophysiological technology, which is an important means to induce plasticity changes in the central nervous system. Studies at home and abroad have found that transcranial magnetic stimulation treatment can improve motor function, muscle tone and walking ability of spinal cord injury patients. Our department has carried out transcranial magnetic stimulation treatment in the clinic and achieved good results.
