What’s the matter with the unclean farts?

Unclean stools and excessive gas may be caused by physiological factors such as the intake of spicy hot pot, or may be caused by pathological factors such as intestinal flora imbalance, ulcerative colitis, intestinal tuberculosis, and so on.
1. Physiological factors: the intake of spicy and stimulating, cold and greasy food, such as spicy hot pot, ice cream, alcohol, strong tea, beer, etc., can stimulate the gastrointestinal mucosa and increase the burden on the gastrointestinal tract, which leads to abdominal pain, bloating, nausea, vomiting, farting, diarrhea, unclean stools and other symptoms occur.
2. Pathologic factors:
(1) Intestinal flora imbalance: the increase of gas-producing bacteria in intestinal flora imbalance can lead to the symptoms of excessive farting and unclean stools.
(2) Ulcerative colitis: localized or widespread ulcerative changes in the colonic mucosa caused by immunity, genetics, infection, etc. Symptoms such as diarrhea, abdominal pain, nausea, abdominal distension, increased farting, and unclean stools may occur, as well as pus and blood stools, weight loss, and other symptoms.
(3) Intestinal tuberculosis: It can be migrated from tuberculosis foci in other parts of the body to the intestines, such as pulmonary tuberculosis, ovarian tuberculosis and so on. The intestines can also be directly infected by Mycobacterium tuberculosis, resulting in a ring-shaped lesion perpendicular to the intestinal lumen, causing symptoms such as abdominal pain, diarrhea, unclean stools, mushy stools, and excessive farts.
Unclean stools and farts may also be caused by colon cancer and other diseases, and it is recommended to consult a doctor in time, make a clear diagnosis under the guidance of the doctor, and carry out targeted treatment.
