What is paget disease?

Aget’s disease is Paget’s disease, also known as eczema-like carcinoma, and is divided into mammary Paget’s disease and extramammary Paget’s disease. Paijer’s disease of the breast occurs in the nipple and areola and is often combined with intraductal or invasive carcinoma of the breast below the nipple. Extramammary Paired’s disease occurs in the vulva, scrotum, groin, axilla, perianal area and external auditory canal. Some cases located in the genital area of the perineum or paranal area may be associated with genitourinary tract or gastrointestinal tract tumors. Characteristics: 1. low incidence, prevalent in middle-aged and elderly people. 2. long history, slow progression, the lesions are red plaques with clear edges, surface oozing, crusting or flaking, gradually expanding to the periphery, ulcers may occur, mostly accompanied by local itching. The main treatment is surgical excision, which can be performed for single lesions or simple vulvectomy for multicentric or extensive lesions. Regardless of the type of surgery, the normal skin should be removed more than 2.5 cm from the lesion.
