How to stretch for back pain

There are many causes of back pain that cannot be generalized. The main causes are trauma, muscle strain, and other diseases that cause referred pain. Among them, muscle strain excessive tension and spasm can be relieved by stretching, and if other diseases cause back pain, you must seek medical attention as soon as possible.

2. Muscle strain: poor sitting posture or sedentary, resulting in sustained tension in the back muscles, fatigue and gradually form strain, which can lead to back pain. Stretching can be used to relieve back pain.
Stretching, the patient should take a kneeling position, and straighten the upper limbs at the same time upward stretching, try to stretch the back muscles to ease the back muscle tension, it is recommended that each time for 60 seconds, 6 to 8 times a day.
Patients are reminded that if there is squeezing pain in the groin area or when bending the legs during stretching, or discomfort in the knees when kneeling, or pain in the lower back, please stop stretching immediately to avoid side injuries.
3. Involutional pain: duodenal ulcer, cholecystitis, angina attacks produced by the involutional pain, this situation can not determine the primary cause of the disease must go to the hospital in a timely manner to avoid delays in the condition.
