Hard nipple pain is categorized into physiological or pathological factors. Physiological factors do not require special treatment, while pathological factors require timely identification of the cause and treatment. 1. Physiological factors: Mainly refers to women dealing with puberty or physiological period, due to the increase in the level of estrogen, thus showing breast swelling, nipple hardness and accompanied by a sense of pain, in this case generally do not need special treatment. 2.
