What are the main tumors treated with Sindilizumab?

Sindilizumab is a drug targeting PD-1 immunotherapy and is currently approved in China for the treatment of relapsed or refractory classic Hodgkin’s lymphoma after second-line chemotherapy. T lymphocytes exist in the body’s immune system to destroy mutated cells in the body in time to prevent the development of tumors. However, once a tumor occurs, the tumor cells will suppress the function of T lymphocytes, thus allowing themselves to proliferate and develop rapidly. Sindilizumab can kill the tumor by relieving the immune suppression in the patient’s body and allowing the body’s immune function to function again. Sindilizumab, like other immunotherapeutic drugs for tumors, may cause immune-related adverse reactions, such as decrease in white blood cells and platelets, as well as immune-related hepatitis and hypothyroidism. However, this condition is reversible and can generally be recovered with glucocorticoid-related treatment after discontinuation of the drug. However, the use of Sindilizumab should be contraindicated in patients who are allergic to the drug components of Sindilizumab. Caution should be exercised when using Sindilizumab in patients with moderate to severe hepatic or renal insufficiency, as Sindilizumab may aggravate the patient’s pre-existing condition.
