Perianal abscess drainage is currently the most effective treatment method for perianal abscesses. In the specific operation process, there are two types of abscesses according to their location and size: first, if the location of the abscess is shallow, a one-time incision can be used for treatment. After the location of the abscess is determined, the abscess is cut open using surgical methods, and the length of the incision is preferably as long as the mass in order to ensure smooth drainage, and the pus inside is completely discharged and the eroded tissue and mucosa are removed. After cleaning, ligation and suturing are carried out, and attention must be paid to leaving drainage strips when suturing; secondly, for high perianal abscesses, the method of hanging wires can be used for treatment when using drainage, mainly because the internal opening of high perianal abscesses is more concealed, and leads need to be used to pass through the entire abscess and then the abscess is cut open.
