There are various reasons for pink discharge during pregnancy. Generally, if pink discharge appears in early pregnancy without obvious stomach pain, it may be a physiological manifestation, because bleeding during the period of fertilization occurs after the fertilized egg is laid, and this condition will not affect the gestational sac as well as the physical health of the pregnant woman. The patient should try to relax and take bed rest. The bleeding usually does not last more than five days and the amount of bleeding is not particularly heavy. If there is pink discharge in early pregnancy and there is obvious pain in the belly, it is considered to be a miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy, which should be determined by ultrasound or blood test in time.
