Adrenal adenomas require pathological examination to determine whether they are benign or malignant, and imaging examination can generally be used as a reference. Most adrenal adenomas are benign lesions, malignant tumors are rare, and most of them are detected during imaging examinations. in CT examination, due to the rich blood flow in malignant tumors, the density of benign tumors in adrenal enhancement CT is lower than that of malignant tumors; in adrenal ultrasound, benign tumors are generally more uniform in echoes, and malignant tumors are more heterogeneous in echoes. When malignancy is suspected by imaging examination, the diagnosis can be confirmed by pathological examination. Due to the location of adrenal gland, surgical resection of the tumor may be required if pathological examination is to be performed. If the patient is not feeling well, he should consult the doctor promptly for examination and early treatment.
